Rugby Camp itineraries
The Rugby Camps devised by the RFU aim to deliver a programme that not only teaches match specific skills, but also advanced techniques to improve general motor skills, flexibility, agility and speed.
Each Rugby Camp will start at 10am and finish at 4pm and includes:
